Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
FEMA Reimbursement is 75% with a 25% match; The Governor has requested a waiver on the 25% match, but it has not yet been approved. For eligibility details, please refer to the following:

Below is a Disaster Response Cost Recovery Workbook and Instructions for assistance in completing the online application (it is also available online at FEMA’s website). Please refer to the FEMA Public Assistance webpage for information about applying and accessing/using the Grants Portal.
Please feel free to begin your FEMA application (of 75% reimbursement), but it would not be advisable to make final decisions and submit the application until all funding streams are considered (including future) as there may be an opportunity for 100% reimbursement.

First Responders
The Bureau of Justice Assistance released a Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding Program (CESF) but is limited to Applicants in the FY 2019 JAG funding; Thus, CESF allocations were made available to the City of Rochester and 聚彩手机app安卓手机app安卓 聚彩手机app安卓手机app安卓 eligible at this time. Current funding is targeted towards law enforcement needs for PPE and Overtime. Future funding may be forthcoming for other agencies, including other disciplines (ie. fire agencies).
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding
The CARES Act established Supplemental Funding to The Housing and Urban Development Office of Community Planning and Development to “prevent, prepare for and respond to coronavirus” and removes the statutory 15% cap on the amount that can be used for “public services”.
